At Red Wolf Technology, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of $50 will be applied to all returns.

Return Condition:

Items must be returned in original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@redwolf.io or +1 (833) 733-9053 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

The $50 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Consumables:

Consumables are non-refundable. E.g. Primo Polish 100 Use Kit, Primo Defense Films, Print3D Ultra Filament
